Justice Chukwudifu Oputa Is Dead....
Justice Chukwudifu Oputa (rtd), the father of Charly Boy, is dead. The former head of the human rights investigation commission, Oputa Panel, according to family sources that spoke with Hope For Nigeria, had a partial stroke on February 14, 2014 and have been bedridden at the Specialist hospital in Enugu.
The fearless Justice Oputa (90), will be greatly missed. May his soul Rest In Peace.
